1. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and communications are strictly confidential. This information is never disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

2. No Outsourcing

Every project is handled exclusively between the client and Melt Studios. Work is never outsourced — no leaks, no exceptions.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

Client data and project information are used solely to deliver the agreed work. Nothing is shared with, sold to, or accessible by outside parties.

4. Analytics

We use a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) to collect anonymous page view data. No cookies are used, no personally identifiable information is collected, and no data is shared with third parties. We track referral sources via URL parameters to understand where our visitors come from. All analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure.
